Service can be requested at any time regardless of your membership status. A one time service is available for those who want to try our services before singing up. Just go to www.SteecoDwell.com and  request a one time service. And you shall be scheduled.

There is no cap to the number of service appointments you can schedule with SteecoDwell. We’re here to help you care for your home, whether you prefer Preventive maintenance or Corrective maintenance.

Yes, we offer upgrade option to your subscription at any time you wish to do so. All you need do is give us a call at 3464331884 and your subscription will be upgraded with prorated amount.

If your property changes ownership during the coverage period, coverage may be transferred to the new owner by calling us at 3464331884. If you are a current subscriber moving to a new property, a new subscription plan must be purchased for that property.

You can submit a repair request via our website, email, or you can give us a call at 3464331884 and your service shall be schedule followed by an appointment

Our customer experience team is on hand to answer all of your questions and coordinate service Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central, Saturdays from 10 AM to 4:00 PM Central To schedule a service during these hours, call 3464331884 or log into your account put in a service request

Repair services are available Monday through Friday during regular business hours, except holidays. An additional expense may apply for weekend, holiday, and evening service.

Being our member gives you access to discounts not normally available to individual homeowners

Our member shall pay $29.⁹⁹ when they request for a service. None member shall pay $59.⁹⁹ as service fee. However, All orders that are confirmed for repairs shall have the service call fee removed.

At SteecoDwell, we want you to own like a renter. SteecoDwell can do almost anything a building attendant would do. While we support the functionality of your property through Planed, Preventive and Corrective Maintainace.
